Rules & Regulations

As a registered member of NVirtual, you must follow the rules & regulations below.

1. General Requirements
1.1
Member must have an active and legitimate IVAO account.
1.2
Member must submit real identity with full name (nickname prohibited).
1.3
Member are expected to have reasonable level of written and spoken English.
1.4
In the case of abuse of our rules and/or the general rules of the networks, member may be suspended.
1.5
Member must have some basic knowledges of flight simulation techniques and/or online flying.
1.6
Member are expected to be be familiar with (but not limited to) the basics of aviation terminology.
1.7
Pilot can only allowed to have 1 (one) account. Any duplicated account, will be deleted.
1.8
The pilot must use a valid email address, for it is the only way The Virtual Airline contact the pilot. It is not the Virtual Airline responsibility if Pilot can not access their registered email.
1.9
If pilot ever removed from our rosters and re-apply, your past record of participation will be start from zero.
2. Flying Activity
2.1
If member are flying online, member must follow the online network’s Rules & Regulations and comply with it during online activity.
2.2
Time acceleration, pause flight more than one minute, or away from keyboard more than 1 hour is prohibited.
2.3
Member must have good manners and not to causing conflict or bad arguments when flying online.
2.4
Slew mode in Flight Simulator is not allowed during flight logging. Any Pilot Report (PIREP) with slew mode logged will be rejected.
2.5
Pilot Report (PIREP) which is logging an unrealistic flight will be rejected.
2.6
The accepted landing rate is between -10 and -700 fpm (feet per minute). Any PIREP with an unacceptable landing rate will be rejected.
3. Minimum Activity
3.1
New member must submit a valid flight within the first 30 days after admission.
3.2
Line member should submit a valid flight at least every 3 month. Otherwise, we will change the member status to Inactive pilot and the member should contact the staff to change the status back to Active pilot.
3.3
Member must submit a valid flight at least every 6 month. Pilots who are not flying the flight after one of those period may be removed from the roster.
3.4
The Staff will be excluded from the minimum activity regulation.
3.5
Inactive pilot who want to change its status back to active, must still have an active and legitimate IVAO account.
4. Pilot Report (PIREP)
4.1
All flight can be reported with the approved ACARS program and manual PIREP system. If the member reports the PIREP with the manual PIREP system, the member must provide a link of the network’s tracker website and member’s reason for using manual PIREP which could proves the flight.
4.2
Flight activity within IVAO network, VATSIM network, and offline is allowed.
4.3
Member must give a reason if the member did a delay or early flight. Otherwise, the Staff will delete the PIREP.
5. Communication
5.1
The Staff will only response to any inquiries regarding the Virtual Airline using the approved communication tools (Email and Forum).
5.2
The Staff email address is available in Staff webpage.
5.3
Kalstar Lounge is the official forum of NVirtual.
5.4
NVirtual Ground Support is the offical Facebook Group of NVirtual.
5.5
Member is required to use polite language and good manners when communicating with other member.
6. Virtual Airline Managements
6.1
Staff member are the member that assigned in such position.
6.2
The Staff member is not allowed to use the Virtual Airline facility to fulfill any personal purposes.
6.3
The Staff member must be at least 18 years old.
6.4
Staff Vacancy information will only be posted at the News page of the website.
6.5
If needed, The Executive Department of staff member can re-assign the staff position.
7. Other Information
7.1
NVirtual is a non-profit organisation and not affiliated with the real-world Indonesian-airline.
7.2
The Staff will check for the number of the applicants frequently.
7.3
All trademarks, medias, and logos belong to their respective owners.
7.4
Any member’s IVAO and VATSIM account credentials which is collected by NVirtual will be showed in NVirtual website publicly.
