NVirtual is completely free to join and use. Please review the following information prior to beginning the application process to ensure that you don’t have any difficulties once accepted.

Already a Member?

If you have previously been a Kalstar Aviation Virtual member and your account is inactive/lost password, please do not create a new account. Instead, you can reactivate your old account by contact membership@nvirtual.net or post your message at NVirtual Ground Support facebook group. A member may hold only one NVirtual Pilot ID.

As English is the international language of the aviation industry, we require applicants to harbor a reasonable level of written and spoken English. A basic knowledge of flying in a simulator is required.

NVirtual pilots are expected to be proficient in English and be familiar with the basics of aviation including, but not limited to; radio communication, IFR navigation, reading and understanding charts, maps and other aviation documents). Assistance and learning opportunities are available in our Community Forum and Facebook Group.

Minimum Requirements

      • One of the following Flight Simulators is required:
        • Microsoft Flight Simulator 9 (FS2004)
        • Microsoft Flight Simulator X (FSX)
        • Flight Simulator: Steam Edition (FSX:SE)
        • Laminar Research X-Plane
        • Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v1
        • Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v2
        • Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v3
        • Lockheed Martin Prepar3D v4

         

      • Our flight tracking software (STARTrax) requires one of the following operating system to be available (simulator can run on a different computer):
        • Microsoft Windows XP
        • Microsoft Windows Vista
        • Microsoft Windows 7
        • Microsoft Windows 8
        • Microsoft Windows 10

         

      • A valid and working email address.
      • Availability to complete your first flight within 30 days.
